Billing and credentialing for practices that want the work visible

Stellix Billing runs medical billing and insurance credentialing for behavioral health and specialty practices, inside the EHR the practice already uses.

What the work actually is

Billing here means charge review, claim submission, payment posting, denial follow-up, and insurance A/R. Credentialing means CAQH, Medicare PECOS, Medicaid, and commercial payer applications, followed until a payer approves, denies, or waitlists them. Practices can buy either one. Many start with credentialing and add billing once clinicians can be paid.

The day-to-day split is deliberate. Credentialing is its own queue, so a payer application is not waiting behind charge entry. Billing is worked by people who see behavioral health claims every day: time-based psychotherapy codes, authorization caps, and telehealth place of service. After onboarding, the practice has one account lead for the monthly review.

What you can check

These are service commitments, not a client story. After onboarding, the monthly review shows the numbers that matter for your practice: collections, denial rate, and days in A/R.

Security controls, including access, encryption, and the BAA, are described on the security and compliance page. Prices are on the pricing page. The service menu is on services.

How an account starts

You send a de-identified A/R and denial report. Within 48 hours you get a one-page summary of the largest leaks. If you proceed, onboarding is typically two to three weeks: sign the BAA, grant EHR access, and map payers, open A/R, and the clinicians who still need enrollment. The first monthly review shows collections, denials, and days in A/R.

Find out where your practice is losing revenue

Send us a de-identified A/R and denial export. Within 48 hours you get a one-page report showing your biggest revenue leaks and how to fix them. Free, with no obligation.
