What counts as 'collections'?+
Insurance payments received for claims we manage. Copays and patient payments collected at your front desk are not included unless you ask us to manage patient collections.
Are there setup or cancellation fees?+
No setup fee for billing plans, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice.
