  • Charge entry and claim scrubbing before submission
  • Electronic claim submission within 24–48 hours of the visit being signed
  • Rejection correction and resubmission at the clearinghouse level

  • Patient statements and balance follow-up (optional)
  • Monthly performance review with your dashboard

How we're different from a typical billing company

Most billing companies are a black box. You send charges, a check shows up, and nobody can tell you why a claim from six weeks ago is still unpaid. We work the other way around: you see claim status, denial reasons and days in A/R in a live dashboard, and you have a named specialist who knows your payers.

We also stay inside your existing EHR and practice management system. There is no migration project, no new software for your clinicians, and no lock-in if you ever decide to leave.

Service levels we commit to

  • Claims submitted within 2 business days of a signed note
  • Rejections corrected within 2 business days
  • Denials worked within 3 business days of the remittance
  • Monthly KPI review call with your account lead

Frequently asked questions

How much do your medical billing services cost?+

Most practices pay a percentage of collections, typically 5–8% depending on size, specialty and scope, with a monthly minimum. Flat per-claim pricing is also available. See our pricing page for details.

Do I have to switch EHRs?+

No. We work inside your existing EHR or practice management system, including SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Tebra, AdvancedMD, athenaOne and others.

Who receives the insurance payments?+

You do. All payer deposits go directly into your practice's bank account. We never take custody of your reimbursements.

Is there a long-term contract?+

No. Our agreements can be ended with 30 days' notice.
