Outsourced insurance credentialing, tracked through approval

Credentialing is slow because it's tedious: dozens of forms, a CAQH profile that must stay current, and payers that go quiet for weeks. We do the paperwork, chase every application, and show you exactly where each one stands.

This is the service. Payer pages are the specifics.

Hire this when you want CAQH, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial applications run as a project. If you already know the payer or the license, use the directory so you are not reading the same overview twice.

What we handle

  • CAQH ProView setup, attestation and quarterly re-attestation
  • NPI (Type 1 and Type 2) and taxonomy checks
  • Commercial payer applications (Aetna, BCBS plans, Cigna/Evernorth, UnitedHealthcare/Optum and regional plans)
  • Medicare enrollment through PECOS, including the newer counselor (LPC/LMHC) and marriage and family therapist provider types
  • State Medicaid and managed Medicaid plan enrollment
  • Group linking, location adds and re-credentialing reminders
  • A live tracker of every application's status and next follow-up date

Typical timelines

Commercial payers commonly take 60–120 days from a complete application, and some panels are closed in certain areas. Medicare enrollment is often faster. We can't control payer timelines, but we make sure applications are complete the first time and followed up on a fixed schedule so nothing stalls on your side.

Credentialing + billing

Many practices start with credentialing and add billing once they're in-network. Because we set up your payer enrollments, your first claims go out with the right IDs, group links and taxonomy, which avoids a common cause of early denials.
