Tebra billing services that stay inside your existing account

Tebra, formerly Kareo, already creates claims and posts payments. This page is for practices that want a biller working the exceptions inside that account, not a guide to the software itself.

What stays in Tebra

  • Your Tebra subscription, scheduling, and clinical chart
  • Your payer contracts and bank deposits
  • Charge capture your clinicians already complete

What we take over

  • Claim review before submission, including behavioral health time-based codes
  • ERA posting and weekly reconciliation
  • Denial appeals and insurance A/R follow-up
  • Optional eligibility, authorizations, and credentialing for new clinicians

Who this is for

Small medical and behavioral health practices that use Tebra as the system of record and still have unpaid claims aging past 30 days. If you only need to know what the product files on its own, start with your Tebra reports. If nobody owns the follow-up, this is the service.

Frequently asked questions

Do we have to migrate off Tebra?+

No. We work inside your Tebra account under a signed BAA and the minimum access needed to bill.

Does Tebra's own billing replace a biller?+

It replaces a lot of claim creation and posting. It does not call payers, write appeals, or finish credentialing. Those steps still need a person.
